Journal of Tianjin Agricultural University    2019, 26 (2): 84-88.   DOI: 10.19640/j.cnki.jtau.2019.02.019
Abstract1332)      PDF(pc) (856KB)(2976)       Save
With the expansion of the scale of the cultivation of sea cucumber, many problems in the cultivation gradually become prominent. In the process of sea cucumber cultivation, pollutants such as residual bait excrement and other pollutants produce toxic ammonia nitrogen and nitrite, which can lead to the decline of water quality and seriously reduce the yield of sea cucumber. The disease caused by pathogenic microorganism directly threatens the economic benefit of aquaculture. Despite the strengthening of fishery resources and environmental protection, the disease of sea cucumber breeding still occurs frequently, and the disease is mainly traced back to microorganisms. Therefore, this paper summarized the formation and host regulation of intestinal microorganisms of sea cucumber, and introduced the early colonization, function and regulation of intestinal microorganisms, providing a reference for understanding the formation mechanism of intestinal microorganisms of sea cucumber as well as the prevention and treatment of related diseases.

Journal of Tianjin Agricultural University    2019, 26 (2): 1-7.   DOI: 10.19640/j.cnki.jtau.2019.02.001
Abstract1238)      PDF(pc) (1004KB)(2895)       Save
In order to evaluate the effects of phosphorus-efficient transgenic rice cultivation on soil microbial functional diversity, the plot experiment was conducted with phosphorus-efficient transgenic rice as a target, and with both phosphorus and non-phosphorus treatments , to analyze and compare the effects of phosphorus-efficient transgenic rice and non transgenic rice on soil microbial functional diversity at different growth stages based on the Biolog eco-plate method. The results showed that the average absorbance value AWCD of soil microflora in OsPT4 and Nipponbare had the same change trend, which all increased with the prolongation of culture time, but the maximum value and rate of change of AWCD in different growth stages were different. The results of soil microbial diversity index analysis showed that the phosphorus-efficient transgenic OsPT4 and Nipponbare Shannon's richness index and Simpson dominance index showed higher in P application than no P application during the whole growth period; Shannon index of OsPT4 with high P transgenic rice in the tillering and jointing stages, the differences were significant, and the heading and flowering stages were not significantly different from the maturation stage. The Simpson index showed no significant difference in the first three growth stages, but showed a significant difference in the mature stage. McIntosh's index of phosphorus efficient transgenic rice OsPT4 and Nipponbare was the highest in the tillering period, and the value was much higher than the other three growth periods; the McIntosh index of the phosphorus-efficient transgenic OsPT4 rice had no significant difference in the whole growth period. The use of different types of carbon sources to display phosphorus-efficient transgenic rice OsPT4 and Nipponbare are mainly by sugars, carboxylic acids, and amino acids. The principal component analysis showed that Nipponbare was clustered and the phosphorus-efficient transgenic rice OsPT4 was distributed, indicating that there was a difference in the metabolic use of the soil microbial community carbon sources. In summary, compared with the non-transgenic rice, the phosphorus-efficient rice OsPT4 will affect the soil microbial community richness index, dominance index, and the distribution of carbon source principal components due to different phosphorus application conditions and different growth periods.

In this paper, we investigated the effects of medicinal plants on salt ions in saline soil by growing Semen coicis, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch , Carthamus tinctorius L ., Cichorium intybus and Pennisetum alopecuroides in soils that contain different concentrations of NaCl. The suitable medicinal plants for soils that were salinized to various degrees were sorted out by monitoring the change of anions and cations in the soil. The results showed that medicinal plants could decrease the amount of water-soluble Na + in saline soil, and the five medicinal plants possessed comparable ability in reducing soil water-soluble Na +. Apart from Semen coicis, other medicinal plants could also reduce the content of water-soluble K + in the soil, with Carthamus tinctorius L. and Cichorium intybus being the most effective ones. Those five medicinal plants reduced water soluble Ca 2+ and Mg 2+as well. The addition of NaCl in soil not only increased the concentration of Cl - , but also increased the content of HCO 3 - and SO 4 2-. The amount of those three water-soluble anions increased as the concentration of NaCl rose. All the medicinal plants decreae the content of water-soluble Cl - and SO 4 2-for soils under NaCl treatment. Among them, Cichorium intybus was the best reducing the water-soluble Cl -, while Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch is was the most effective one in decreasing water-soluble SO 4 2-. Those five medicinal plants also successfully reduced water-soluble HCO 3 - content in soil with high NaCl treatment.

The quality and palatability characteristics of 22 Japanese rice varieties(origin + cultivation)purchased from Ishidan Mall in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan were determined; the relationship between hardness and physicochemical indexes of rice and the relationship between palatability evaluation items and palatability were analyzed. The results showed that the average whiteness of Japanese milled rice samples was 40.0, the length was 4.57 mm, the width was 2.78 mm, the thickness was 1.94 mm, the protein content was 6.14 %, the amylose content was 18.3 %, the hardness was 3.92 kgf, the viscosity was 0.78 kgf and the elasticity was 0.71 kgf. The indices of all milled rice samples were different, but they tended to be stable as a whole. The multiple correlation analysis between the five palatability evaluation items and the comprehensive evaluation showed that the multiple correlation coefficient was 0.834***, which supports that these five palatability evaluation items can be used as the main factors to discriminate the palatability of rice. The contribution rate of appearance, smell, taste, viscosity and hardness to palatability was successively from large to small: taste(44.0%), appearance(26.5%), smell(12.2%), viscosity(10.8%)and hardness(6.5%), among which the hardness of rice was positively correlated with protein content but negatively correlated with grain thickness.

Nicotinamide is a kind of pyridine derivative, which has various pharmacological effects such as inhibition of melanic transmission, anti-free radical, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and enhancement of skin barrier after transdermal administration. However, due to its structure of amide, nicotinamide could be oxidized to nicotinic acid, which could cause dermal irritation and side effects. Thus, water-in-oil(W/O)ointment was prepared to enhance stability and compliance of nicotinamide. In this investigation, comprehensive scoring of homogeneity, extensibility, centrifugal stability and cold/heat resistance was set as the evaluation indicator to obtain the optimal proportion of oil phase, emulsifier and coemulsifier through single-factor experiment and orthogonal screening. under the optimal formulation. Span-60 and Tween-80 were used as emulsifier and coemulsifier respectively with the mass percentage of 1%, and the weight ratio of oil to water was 6∶4. Under the selected formulation, storage stability of ointment remained in 3 months under 25 ℃, which provides the basis for practical application.
