Abstract: In order to compare the differences of fruit quality among three new late-ripening peach varieties in saline-alkali soils of Tianjin, the quality(fruit hardness, fruit shape index, single fruit weight, water content, soluble solid, soluble sugar, titratable acid, sugar-acid ratio, vitamin C)of ‘Guoqingtaowang’, ‘Juhongguan’, ‘Guhuangjin’varieties were researched, and then analyzed by membership function. The results showed that single fruit weight, soluble solid, soluble sugar, sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C were highest in ‘Juhongguan’, and ‘Guhuang Jin’ were lowest, but fruit shape index, water content, fruit hardness and titratable acid were highest in it. In conclusion, the fruit quality was high in ‘Juhongguan’, middle in ‘Guoqingtaowang’, low in ‘Guhuangjin’.
