Abstract: To explore the morphological characteristics of different blueberry flowers and provide theoretical basis for the classification and identification and cultivation of blueberry species, in this study, Nikon SMZ25 stereoscopic microscope was used to observe the flower organs of 7 varieties of ‘Bluecrop’ ‘Brigitta’ ‘Legacy’ ‘Northland’ ‘Berkeley’ ‘Bluegold’ ‘O’ Neill’ and the pollen content of blueberry was determined by cellulase digestion method. The results showed that: single flower length, sepals length, petal length, flower stalk length, corolla diameter, filament length, anthers length, style height, stamen number, pollen grain number of different varieties of blueberry all had significant differences. The flowers of ‘Berkeley’ ‘Brigitta’ ‘Legacy’ were the largest, and that of ‘Northland’ was the smallest; the single flower, corolla diameter, flower length, flower medicine of ‘Berkeley’ was the largest while ‘Northland’ is the smallest ; the sepals, long petals, and long flowers of ‘Brigitta’ was the largest; the handle of ‘Legacy’ was the longest, and the stamens was the least; the stamens of ‘Bluecrop’ was the most; the species with the most pollen grains was ‘Brigitta’(254.9 grain/anther), while the least was ‘Bluegold’(166.7 grain/anther).
