Abstract: In order to explore the effect of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on the growth and quality of tomato in greenhouse, by four kinds of fertilization treatments, conventional fertilization, organic fertilizer instead of 10%, 20% and 30% fertilizer treatment, the growth and quality of tomato in greenhouse were studied. The results showed that the effect of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on tomato plant height was not significant. In the leaves, nitrogen content, chlorophyll content and Vc content, was higher in organic fertilizer replacing 30% chemical fertilizer treatment than other treatments. The nitrate and organic acid in the organic fertilizer instead of 30% fertilizer treatment was lower than other treatments. The content of nitrate and organic acid in tomato fruit decreased but tomato production increased with the increase of organic fertilizer.
