Abstract: In order to compare the fruit quality of ‘red globe’ grapes from different producing areas, the single fruit weight, fruit shape index, soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C, soluble sugar and sugar-acid ratio of ‘red globe’ grapes from three producing areas(Peru, China and the United States)were determined, and the membership function was analyzed comprehensively. The results showed that China ‘red globe’ grape fruit was the highest in the fruit shape index(1.31), soluble solid content(10.37%), soluble sugar content(10.37%)and sugar-acid ratio(51.85), and the lowest in titratable acid content(0.20%); the Peru ‘red globe’ grape fruit was the highest in vitamin C(3.16 mg/100g), but the lowest in the soluble solid(15.57%), the sugar to acid ratio(23.66), and highest in the titratable acid content(0.385%); The United States ‘red globe’ grape fruit was the largest in single fruit weight(14.87 g). Comprehensive analysis showed that the quality of ‘red globe’ grape fruit: Chinese>American>Peruvian.
