Abstract: The leaves of Dendrobium crepidatum tissue culture seedlings were inoculated on MS medium containing different hormones to induce the production of protocorm, and then the protocorm was cultured for proliferation. The results showed that the protocorm induction effect was better on the medium with MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+2.0 mg/L BA+0.5 mg/L NAA, and the induction rate could reach 94%; the protocorm could be induced with fast proliferation, hard texture and loose structure on MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/ L NAA. The results of this experiment can provide some reference for the study of artificial seeds of Dendrobium crepidatum.
