Bacillus velezensis, which is a new species of Bacillus, can promote plant growth and inhibit plant pathogens in agriculture and has great potential to be developed as a biocontrol agent. It can also be used in industry to degrade industrial harmful by-products and be widely used in biomedicine.Therefore, it has attracted much attention in recent years. In this paper, the discovery and classification, genome research, biological control and application of B. velezensis were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research and development.

Goldfish industry in Tianjin, which is one of the three goldfish headstreams in China, with more than three hundred years of history is an important part of Tianjin aquarium industry. Through an extensive investigation into practitioners of goldfish industry, the study collected the industry data and historical materials to describe the development history and development status of goldfish industry in Tianjin. The results indicated a fact of scale declining of goldfish keeping, the decline or even lose of traditionally dominant varieties and the aging of practitioner in goldfish industry of Tianjin. Finally, the method of PEST was used to analyse the factors that affected the development of goldfish industry in Tianjin to find corresponding strategies. The study aimed to provide ideas for the healthy development of the goldfish industry in Tianjin and references for the formulation of the industrial policies.

Urea slow-release fertilizer is a new fertilizer to improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer, which is important for improving the utilization rate of nitrogen nutrients and crop yield. The application of sustained-release urea in the cultivation of grain crops such as wheat, corn, rice and economic crops such as cotton, soybean and so on in recent years is summarized in this paper. It is believed that the application of urea slow-release fertilizer in the process of crop planting has obvious effect of reducing nitrogen and increasing yield. At the same time, some problems still lacking research of urea sustained-release fertilizer in crop application are pointed out, such as the influence of slow-release urea fertilizer on the quality of crops, the influence of slow-release materials on environment and whether the slow-release curve matches the crop nutrient requirement curve. This study will provide some theoretical references for the future application research or widespread application of urea sustained-release fertilizer.

Principal component analysis of fruit quality of 8 grape varieties

The external quality(single fruit weight, transverse diameter, longitudinal diameter, fruit shape index)and internal quality(soluble sugar, soluble solid, water content, titratable acid, VC, ratio of sugar to acid)were measured with eight varieties of grapes, respectively. By comparing the differences of fruit quality in eight different varieties, this study screens high quality grapes and provides theoretical basis for grape nutrition diagnosis. The result showed that the fruit quality of 8 grape varieties showed significant difference; correlation analysis showed that the correlation between single fruit weight and transverse diameter was significantly positive;there was a significant negative correlation between transverse diameter and fruit shape index;the longitudinal diameter was positively correlated with the content of VC, negatively correlated with the soluble solids, and positively correlated with the fruit shape index;fruit shape index was negatively correlated with VC;there was a significant positive correlation between soluble sugar and soluble solids;the comprehensive ranking after principal component analysis:‘Portugal's Dream’>‘Purple Sweet Seedless’>‘Summer Black’>‘Muscat Hamburg’>‘Manicure Finger’>‘Sunshine Rose’> ‘Sapphir’>‘Xinjiang Seedless Dew’. The best comprehensive quality is the fruit of ‘Portugal's Dream’ and the worst is ‘Xinjiang Seedless Dew’ .

Establishment of acute diarrhea model in mice caused by Folium Sennae

The experiment was conducted to set up the acute diarrhea model of the mice. 30 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups named as following: Model group 1, Model group 2 and control group. Each of the mice were all fed 1 g/mL basal diet, respectively plus 0.2 mL Folium Sennae, 0.3 mL Folium Sennae and 0.2 mL normal saline. Each of the three drug-delivery were processed twice every day. The duration was five days. The defecation of the mice was observed and the indexes of loose stool rate, degree of diarrhea, diarrhea index were tested. Blood of half of the mice in every group were collected through the eye socket at the sixth day after starting the experiment, which were used to measure blood sugar and triglycerides. All of the mice with blood collected were killed with their necks severed for collecting the samples of ileum and cecum which were used to make pathological sections of hematoxylin and eosin. The results showed that both levels of the two group intake Folium Sennae have developed the mice acute diarrhea model( P<0.05)and had no significant effect on blood sugar of the mice. The blood triglycerides of the mice intake higher dose Folium Sennae significantly decreased( P<0.01). Neither groups of taking Folium Sennae had obvious necrosis or inflammation of intestinal mucous. The result showed that the two doses of Folium Sennae can establish acute diarrhea model successfully, much better with higher dose group(0.3 mL).

Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of small-size traffic sign detection in intelligent driving scenarios, a traffic sign detection algorithm based on Tiny YOLOv3 network was proposed. By using the depth separable convolutional reconstruction feature extraction network and increasing the feature fusion between the shallow and deep feature layers, the model's attention to small targets could be improved; at the same time, the accuracy of the prediction box was also improved by modifying the size of anchor boxes. The test results on the TT100K traffic sign data set showed that the mean average precision( mAP)of the proposed algorithm was 19.3% higher than that of Tiny YOLOv3, and it is more robust to the detection of small-size traffic signs.

Effects of different raw meat proportions on physicochemical properties and quality of air-dried sausage

In order to study the effects of different raw meat ratios on the fermentation characteristics and quality of air- driedsausage, four groups of catfish meat and lean pork with different mass ratios(100%∶0,85%∶15%,70%∶30%,55%∶45%, denoted as F100, F85, F70, F55)were used to make fermented air-dried sausage. The quality and security indicators were determined at 0, 3, 6, 9, and 12 days after air-drying,and sensory quality and biogenic amine contents of the final products were measured. The results showed that: during the drying process, the water content, Aw and L* of the four groups of air-dried sausages showed a decreasing trend, a* gradually decreased from 0-6 d, and gradually increased from 6-12 d, and the pH value decreased first. After the upward trend, the hardness value gradually increased. At the end of air-drying 12 days, the finished products of the four groups of air-dried sausages all showed bright red, the water content of F70 air dried sausages was 31.49%, and the pH was 5.18. The hardness value was 13 841.85 g. The air-dried sausages had proper hardness, good tenderness and chewiness. The overall acceptability of F70 group air-dried sausages is the highest. The nitrite residue, TBARs value and biogenic amine content of the four groups of sausages meet the limited standard, which ensures the safety of the air-dried sausages. In summary, 70%∶30% for catfish meat and lean pork(F70 group)is the best raw meat ratio for processing fermented air-dried sausages.

Under the framework of Scaffolding Teaching Theory, this paper discusses how to cultivate college students’ English autonomous reading ability through action research. According to the difficulties and obstacles of students’ English autonomous reading found in the questionnaire and interview, that is, the lack of English autonomous reading management ability and the lack of language and discourse ability, teachers used the Itest platform and reflective teaching method to design and then carry out the action research through four rounds, so as to cultivate students’ English autonomous reading ability step by step. At the same time, teachers introduced the activity of teachers’ feedback and students’ feedback to effectively improve students’ English autonomous reading ability.

Experimental and simulation study on soil infiltration characteristics under varying initial moisture contents

To study the influence of initial moisture content on soil infiltration characteristics, five different treatments were set up(the corresponding initial moisture contents were 1.5%, 7.5%, 13.5%, 19.5%, and 25.5%), and indoor soil column experiments were conducted. The infiltration time of each soil column and the amount of water injected every time were recorded. The planning-solving tools were used to determine the parameters of the Kostiakov-Lewis model, Horton model and Philip model. The results showed that: ① When the initial moisture content was constant, the cumulative infiltration volume gradually increased with time, and the infiltration rate gradually decreased. The initial moisture content had a significant effect on the fluctuation of the infiltration rate. ② When the initial moisture content was less than 19.5%, the applicability of the three models was good, whose correlation coefficients of the measured and simulated values were all above 0.99. When the initial moisture content was more than 19.5%, the applicability of the Kostiakov-Lewis model and the Philip model was good, but the Horton model was not so good as them. ③ In the Kostiakov-Lewis model, the fluctuation of infiltration coefficient k with different initial moisture contents was maximal, the stable permeability f 0 was minimum, and infiltration index a was between them. In the Horton model, the fluctuation of the initial infiltration rate i 0 with different initial moisture contents was the most obvious, the stable infiltration rate ic was the least significant, and the parameter β was between them. In the Philip model, the fluctuation of the soil absorption rate S with different initial moisture contents was bigger, and the stable infiltration rate A was smaller.

In view of the problems existing in the current teaching of software project and process management course, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, the lack of enterprise successful case support and industry demand guidance in teaching practice, and the single field of backward project technology, this paper puts forward the reform measures of curriculum teaching practice, combined with the normative requirements of engineering education certification and the skill needs of software enterprises for posts, relying on the cooperative education project of the Ministry of Education. This study suggests that the course teaching should establish a student project team, learn from the successful project cases of enterprises, consider the industrial demand and technological development direction, select projects with appropriate technical difficulty and scale, place them in the scene of the software development company by means of simulation, assess each stage of the project, and complete the course project and practical teaching with high quality. Through the reform of the curriculum teaching system and content, it could fully arouse students' learning initiative and emphasize the personalized practice with industry characteristics, and it not only improves the construction and implementation ability of industry characteristic application software, but also promotes the two-way integrated development with industry, industry and enterprise, incubate industrial projects and complete the curriculum practice at the same time. This study helps to explore and realize the teaching and training objectives of engineering education certification standards for software engineering specialty under the background of new engineering, enrich the connotation of the construction of characteristic software colleges and industrial colleges, and cultivate qualified software project and process management talents.

Effects of lutein and lutein ester on growth and body color of golden Koi, Yamabaki ogon

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of lutein and lutein ester on the growth and body color of Koi, Yamabaki ogon. 200 mg/kg lutein and lutein ester were supplemented to the basal diet, and 270 golden Koi with an average weight of 26.03±0.07 g were divided into three groups. Each group had three replicates. There were 30 fish in each tank. The culture experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that the addition of lutein and lutein ester had no significant effect on the growth of fish compared with the control group( P>0.05), but the addition of lutein ester significantly improved the body indexes(body length/body height)of Koi( P<0.05). After adding lutein, the body moisture content of fish decreased significantly, but the lipid content was significantly higher than that of the control group( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in protein content among the treatment groups. The addition of lutein and lutein ester had no significant effect on the redness( a *)and brightness ( L *)of Koi( P>0.05), but significantly improved the yellowness( b *), the yellowness of each group increased gradually with the extension of the experiment period( P<0.05). Generally, after adding lutein and lutein ester for 14 d, the yellowness value of fish could reach a similar effect as that of 42 d. Compared to the lutein, lutein ester had a faster and more significant coloring effect on golden koi.

Effects of water bath temperature on physicochemical indexes during simulated human feces composting

The effective treatment of rural human feces would improve the recycling of organic wastes in rural area and promote the construction of beautiful countryside. In this study, the effects of water bath temperatures(20 ℃ and 50 ℃)of the composting reactors on the physicochemical indexes of simulated human feces compost were investigated under the low-temperature environment. Results showed that the composting temperature increased to about 27 ℃ and 40 ℃ due to the heating effects of the water bath under the temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively. The serious acidification was found in the initial period of human feces composting without water bath, and the pH was higher in the middle and latter periods of composting with water bath temperature of 20 ℃ than those with water bath temperature of 50 ℃. The compost with the water bath temperature of 50 ℃ obtained lower water content under higher external water dosage compared to the compost with water bath temperature of 20 ℃, indicating higher water loss for the compost with water bath temperature of 50 ℃. The electrical conductivities of the compost with water bath temperature of 50 ℃ was higher in the initial period of composting process but lower in the other periods of composting process than those with water bath temperature of 20 ℃. The organic removal efficiencies were similar, and the respective values were 31.8% and 32.1% for the compost with water bath temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃. The seed germination indexes(GI)were 68.7% and 72.8% for the compost with water bath temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃, but only the latter one achieved the maturity standard(GI≥70%)for fertilizer products.

Changes of cattle farm biogas slurry composition under natural storage conditions in different seasons

In this article cattle farm biogas slurry was used as the research object to investigate the changes of biogas slurry composition under natural storage conditions in different seasons. The results showed that the temperature has an important effect on the composition of biogas slurry under natural storage conditions. Compared with autumn and winter(from October to January of the following year), COD degradation was faster in summer(from June to September). When the initial COD concentration was 6 975 mg/L, the COD concentration decreased to 3 158 mg/L and tended to be stable at the end of 60 days, and the degradation rate reached 54.7%, while the COD decomposition rate was only 27.0% in autumn and winter after 60 days. The available nutrients NH 4 +-N and PO 4 3--P in biogas slurry decreased in different seasons, and the decrease rates were roughly the same. The decrease rates of NH 4 +-N and PO 4 3--P were 27.5% and 55.4% respectively at the end of 60 days in summer, and that of NH 4 +-N and PO 4 3--P were 26.5% and 49.1% respectively 60 days later in autumn and winter. The results of this article could provide a reference for the practical application of returning the cattle farm biogas slurry to the field.

UCH-L3 regulating the proliferation and differentiation of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells by influencing RAD51

The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of carboxyl terminal hydrolase L3(UCH-L3)in ubiquitin proteasome system regulating the proliferation and myogenic differentiation of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells by affecting RAD51. Using the established in vitro myogenic differentiation model of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells, this study simulated the development process of skeletal muscle in vitro, detected whether uch-l3 interacts with RAD51 by immunoprecipitation technology, and whether uch-l3 regulates the ubiquitination level of RAD51, designed and synthesized si-RNA of RAD51, transfected bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells, and screened si-RNA with significant interference effect, detected the changes of the expression levels of proliferation and differentiation marker genes Pax7 and MyHC after interfering with Rad51, and comprehensively analyzed the mechanism of UCH-L3 regulating the proliferation and myogenic differentiation of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells by affecting Rad51. The results showed that the protein levels of RAD51 increased significantly after over-expression of UCH-L3, and UCH-L3 could regulate the expression level of RAD51. UCH-L3 interacts with RAD51 in vivo. UCH-L3 can affect the protein stability of RAD51. Interfering with UCH-L3 expression can shorten the half-life of RAD51. UCH-L3 can regulate the ubiquitination level of RAD51. After interfering with RAD51, the protein level of Pax7, a marker of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cell proliferation, was not different from that of the control group, and the protein level of MyHC, a marker of differentiation, was significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0.05). Interfering with the expression of RAD51 had no significant effect on cell proliferation, but could inhibit the myogenic differentiation of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells. The results showed that UCH-L3 could regulate the proliferation and myogenic differentiation of bovine skeletal muscle satellite cells by affecting RAD51.

In order to solve the problems of large area, low degree of automation and strong manual labor of the cleaning device in the deep processing industry of Hermetia illucens, a design of the control system for the automatic cleaning device of Hermetia illucens is proposed in this paper. The system consists of single chip microcomputer, liquid level sensor, man-machine interface, ultrasonic vibration module and Bluetooth transmission module.The single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core, and the control mode of serial port screen and Bluetooth APP is adopted to automatically complete a cleaning action including water circulation, loading and unloading, and cleaning, and cycle the cleaning operation before pressing the stop button. The experimental results showed that the cleaning effect of the system prototype was the best when the cleaning time was 12 minutes when 50 g of Hermetia illucens was cleaned. It realizes the automation and visualization of the cleaning process, reduces the labor intensity of the staff, and greatly improves the cleaning efficiency of Hermetia illucens.

Simple ideological and political education in the professional curriculum cannot meet all the requirements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. By contrast, psychological constructions in ideological and political education in the professional curriculum have access to “moistening things silently”. In this article, several conceptions were provided to improve the ideological and political teaching effects and promote the moral characteristics of ideological and political teaching by means of analyzing the problems of psychological constructions in ideological and political education in the professional curriculum in colleges and universities.

Apple juice, kiwifruit juice and passion fruit juice were used as raw materials to produce low-alcohol compound fruit wine. The effects of sugar content, pH value, inoculum and volume ratio of juice on the quality of low-alcohol compound fruit wine were studied by experiment. The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were sugar degree 16 °Bx, pH=3.75, 0.20 g/L of yeast inoculum and the volume ratio of passion fruit, kiwifruit, apple was 15∶90∶185. :In order to prepare crab flavor base material with strong crab flavor, this study took low-value river crabs as the research object, carried out high-pressure extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis, fixed high-temperature and high-pressure temperature(121 ℃)time(2.0 h), and selected solid-liquid ratio(mass ratio of crab mud to water). When the flavor protease was used to hydrolyze the high pressure extract, the pH was fixed at 7.0, the enzymolysis temperature was 50 ℃, and the enzyme dosage and enzymolysis time were selected. Taking hydrolysis degree, amino acid conversion rate and protein utilization rate as evaluation indexes, single factor experiments were carried out on solid-liquid ratio, enzyme dosage and enzymatic hydrolysis time, and response surface optimization experiments were designed on this basis. The results showed that the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶4.0(mass ratio), the amount of flavourzyme was 0.25% after cooling, and the hydrolysis time was 2.0 h. Under this condition, the hydrolysis degree was 35.04%, and the obtained hydrolysate showed strong crab flavor.

Pomelo peel contains lots of flavonoids, these pomelo peel flavonoids exhibit immune enhancement, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory activities. Thus, the extraction methods of total flavonoids in pomelo peel were optimized in this study. Firstly, extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the evaluation index, and ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was determined through single factor screening. Then, the optimum formulation of flavonoids extraction was determined by orthogonal design. In the optimum extraction method, the ethanol concentration was 30%( v/v), the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g∶mL), and the ultrasonic time was 90 min. Under optimal method, extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 6.5%( m/ m)。

Effects of nitrogen concentration on yield and nitrate content of Chinese chive in soilless culture

In order to study the effect of nitrogen concentration in nutrient solution on the yield, nitrate content, nitrogen utilization efficiency and growth of Chinese chive in soilless culture, and provide a basis for the research and development of nutrient solution formula for Chinese chive in hydroponic, the nutrient solutions with different nitrogen concentrations(6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 mmol/L)were used for Chinese chive cultivation respectively with perlite being used as the matrixin and the biennial plant of Chinese chive ‘Pengbao’ being used as the test material, and the growth and development of Chinese chives were observed. The results showed that the yield of Chinese chives increased significantly as the nitrogen concentration was increased, but the rate of yield increase of Chinese chives slowed down when the nitrogen concentration was more increased, which showed a significant marginal utility. The total yield was the highest when the nitrogen concentration was 16 mmol/L, which was 5 078.1 kg/667m 2. The nitrate content in the edible parts of Chinese chives was significantly positively correlated with the nitrogen concentration of nutrient solution, and it increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration in the range of nitrogen concentration from 6 to 18 mmol/L. The growth rate of nitrate content in Chinese chives was significantly higher than that of the yield with the increase of nitrogen concentration when the nitrogen concentration exceeded 14 mmol/L. At the same time, nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate decreased. The nitrate content of Chinese chives was lower than 1 500 mg/kg only when the nitrogen concentration was lower than 14 mmol/L. The total nitrogen content of Chinese chive plants also increased significantly with the increasing of the nitrogen concentration of nutrient solution. The optimum nitrogen concentration of the nutrient solution was 10-12 mmol/L for Chinese chive in perlite soilless culture to weigh the quality, yield and nitrogen utilization of Chinese chives comprehensively.

In view of the existing problems in the cultivation of professional core competence, according to the social demand for talent ability and starting from the concept of OBE, the “One body, two wings and three drives” type of food quality and safety professional core competence was constructed in this paper. “One body” referred to the main body of professional core competence, “whole-process control ability of food quality and safety”; “Two wings” referred to two important professional core competence “food quality control ability” and “food safety testing ability”; “Three drives” referred to the “food science” “professional quality” and “scientific” and “technological innovation” that is, the three aspects of knowledge, ability and quality as the driving force. From this, 2 first-level, 15 second-level and 15 third-level professional abilities were sorted out, professional core competence assessment system was developed and put into practice, and good results have been achieved.

In this study, the polysaccharide of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum was extracted and determined by ultrasonic assisted method, and then the antioxidant capacity and antibacterial activity of the polysaccharide extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum were determined. The results showed that the polysaccharide content was 11.21%. Effects of polysaccharide extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum on hydroxyl radical, 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenyl hydrazine(DPPH)and nitrite ions had good scavenging effects. However, the total reduction ability of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract was weaker than vitamin C. Within a certain addition range, the antioxidant ability of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract on animal oil and vegetable oil was positively correlated with the concentration. In addition, Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract had antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis was stronger than that of Escherichia coli. The results of this study showed that Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract had certain antioxidant and antibacterial activity.

In order to study the antioxidation effect of capsaicin on chicken oil, different amounts of capsaicin, different kinds of antioxidants, capsaicin and VE were added into chicken oil and placed in the oven at(70±1)℃, the antioxidant capacity of capsaicin to chicken oil was evaluated by measuring the peroxide value of chicken oil, and the scavenging capacity of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin to chicken oil by DPPH free radical was compared, the total reducibility and total antioxidant capacity of chicken oil were compared at the same concentration, and the antioxidant capacity in vitro was evaluated during reboiling and storage. The results showed that when the capsaicin content was 8 μg/mL, the antioxidation effect was better. The antioxidation effect of the artificial antioxidant BHT>TBHQ>VE>capsaicin, and the antioxidant effect of VE with concentration of 50 mg/100g and 8 μg/mL capsaicin was the best. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of capsaicin was higher than that of dihydrocapsaicin. The DPPH free radical scavenging ability, the total reduction ability and the total antioxidant capacity of chicken oil flavoured by capsicum during repeated boiling and storage all decreased with the extension of boiling time.

In this study, a dominant strain CTJ206 was isolated from diseased Cyprinus carpio var. koi. The experimental results of artificial infection showed that the strain CTJ206 was the pathogen of Cyprinus carpio var. koi. By analyzing the physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain CTJ206 and the conserved gene sequences of 16S rDNA, gyrB gene and rpoD gene, we identified the strain CTJ206 as Aeromonas veronii. The healthy Cyprinus carpio var. koi were artificially infected with Aeromonas veronii, and the results showed that the LD 50 of the strain to Cyprinus carpio var. koi was 1.77 × 10 6 CFU/g. We analyzed the common virulence genes of pathogenic bacteria, and the results showed that the strain carried 8 virulence genes of ahyB、ascV、gcaT、act、lip、exu、aerA and fla. Histopathological changes in Cyprinus carpio var. koi caused by Aeromonas veronii infection caused necrosis of liver tissue cells and hemosiderin deposition in spleen tissue. The drug susceptibility test results showed that the strain was highly sensitive to azithromycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and other drugs, and has developed resistance to erythromycin, vancomycin, etc. The results of this study can provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of bacterial diseases of Cyprinus carpio var. koi.

Relying on the remote sensing elective course Looking at the Earth from Afar, Exploring the Changes of Universe and Earth, the ideological and political elements contained in “remote sensing” are fully explored and the abundant popular science forms were utilized to construct the teaching mode of “Ideological and Political Guidance & Science Popularization Drive” for remote sensing public elective courses. Taking advantage of the characteristics of wide range of students and flexible teaching methods in public elective courses, combined with the characteristics of unique remote sensing knowledge and strong application, this course adopted a scientific, novel, open and interactive mode to realize the imparting and cross-exploration of remote sensing technology knowledge, which provides a strong support for the inheritance of popular science. The combination of explicit knowledge education and implicit ideological and political education cultivated students' spirit of serving the majors and the grassroots, which was well received by the students. Ten grape varieties were as the test materials. The six nutritional elements of boron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc in fruits were measured. Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP), caused by feline coronavirus(FCoV), is a progressive and highly fatal disease. The cat may suffer from anorexia, depression, loss of weight, fever, and dyspnea. In this paper, two cases of cats were examined clinically, hematologically and imageologically. The results showed that both cases had different degrees of pleural and peritoneal effusion, anemia, increase of total bilirubin, and decreased ratio of albumin to globulin. Combined with the results of detection of cat coronavirus nucleic acid, case 1 was diagnosed as wet feline infectious peritonitis, and case 2 was diagnosed as mixed feline infectious peritonitis. Both of the cats were treated with nucleoside analogue GS-441524 in combination with hepatoprotective drugs for months. The therapeutic results showed that all indicators returned to normal, indicating that the cats had good therapeutic effect. The paper may provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of feline infectious peritonitis.

Optimization of persimmon wine brewing process and analysis of aroma components

With persimmon as raw material, the effects of different fermentation temperature, initial acidity, initial sugar content and yeast inoculation amount on the quality of persimmon wine were studied through single factor and orthogonal experimental design. The brewing process of persimmon wine was optimized by measuring residual sugar, total acid, alcohol content and sensory score in persimmon wine. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions of persimmon wine were as follows: fermentation temperature was 20 ℃, initial acidity was 7.5 g/L, initial sugar was 200 g/L, and yeast inoculation amount was 0.2 g/L. Under this optimal combination, the sensory score of persimmon wine was 92 points. The aroma components of persimmon wine with the best technology were analyzed by GM-MS. The aroma components of persimmon wine included 68 volatile substances, including 15 alcohols, 27 lipids, 7 acids, 6 aldehyde and keone, 7 alkanes and 6 others. The main aroma ingredients of persimmon wine include: Isoamyl alcohol(apple brandy and spicy aroma), phenylpropanol(rose fragrance), isoamyl acetate(pleasant banana aroma), ethyl nonanoate(oil, fruit and brandy aroma), 2-methylbutyric acid(pleasant fruit aroma), and 3-hydroxy-2-butanone(milk aroma), etc.

This article first analyzed the contribution of the Python Agriculture System on Chip to graduation requirements based on the OBE concept, then studied how to set course goals and formulate course syllabuses for graduation requirements index points, and finally discussed on the process of student tracking, monitoring mechanisms and continuous improvement. With cider as the research object, through single factor and response surface test design, this experiment has studied the effects of different clarifiers(bentonite, gelatin, PVPP and egg white powder), clarification temperature and clarification time on the clarification effect of apple cider respectively. The alcohol content, total acid, total sugar, light transmittance and sensory scores before and after the wine clarification process were used to optimize the cider clarification process. The results showed that bentonite had the best clarification effect on cider, with the highest sensory score. The best clarification conditions were: bentonite addition amount 1.02 g/L, clarification temperature 9.6 ℃, clarification time 42.2 h. Under these conditions, the cider was transparent, the light rate was 99.7%. Compared with the unclarified cider, the light transmittance was increased by 24.9%. Compared with the original wine, the total sugar, total acid and alcohol content of the clarified cider were basically unchanged.

Profilin which was first discovered in 1976 was one of the earliest actin binding proteins, and has been widely studied because of its important biological role. Profilin1 is the most ubiquitous subtype because it can bind actin to regulate the polymerization of the cytoskeleton. Many recent studies have shown that Profilin1 also plays an important role in cancer and human diseases. This review mainly introduced the biological role of Profilin1, further explained its regulatory mechanism on the cytoskeleton, and discussed on the physiological and pathological role of Profilin1 in cancer and human diseases.
