Abstract: In order to study the growth status of different lily varieties under organic ecological mixed substrate culture technology, the experiment was designed as a single-factor randomized block test, in which the single factor was lily variety. There were five treatments in the experiment, including Lilium lancifolium Thunb, the longya lily, the lanzhou lily, longiflorum, Lilium casa blanca. At last, 12 indicators were measured, including plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf length and leaf width of lily above ground, weight, volume, tiller number, overall transverse and longitudinal diameters, single transverse and longitudinal diameters, peroxidase (POD) activity and catalase (CAT) activity. The results showed that Lilium lancifolium Thunb. had the largest number of leaves, the largest weight and volume of bulbs, the largest number of tillers, and the highest CAT activity, and other indicators were also strong. Therefore, Lilium lancifolium Thunb had a better growth condition under mixed substrate cultivation, and its compatibility with mixed substrate cultivation technology was higher.
