Abstract: In order to solve the problem of Fe-deficient chlorosis of blueberry in production, the changes of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid and ratio of chlorophyll to carotenoid of two blueberry varieties(‘Bluecrop’ and ‘Bluegold’)were obtainedafter fertilizing fertilizer, which included spraying on leaves with ferrous sulfate, citric acid and ferrous sulfate, iron chelate(EDTA-Fe)and fertilizing ferrous sulfate in soil. The resultsshowedthe effect of EDTA - Fe or mixture of citric acid and ferrous sulfate by spraying on the leaves>ferrous sulfate by spraying on the leaves>using ferrous sulfate in soil>CK, according to the chlorophyll b, carotene and ratio of chlorophyll and carotene in leaves. Apparent regular wasn’ t found in chlorophyll a. The increment of chlorophyll b in blueberry leaves was the bestby using iron fertilizer. The effect of spraying on leaves was better than fertilizing in soil. At the same time, the increment of photosynthetic pigment in blueberry leaves was the biggest by spraying EDTA-Fe on leaves.
