Course design and practice of Food Safety Assurance and Control based on moral quality and post ability training

Abstract: Food Safety Assurance and Control is a core course for the major of food quality and safety. In order to achieve the education goals including knowledge, ability and moral education, the OBE(Outcomes-based education)concept was integrated into the course construction based on the cultivation of moral quality and post ability for students. A new course system of Food Safety Assurance and Control was explored via optimizing the teaching content, teaching methods, and assessment methods, which will provide reference for training high-quality talents of food quality and safety management.
