Abstract: Ten grape varieties were as the test materials. The six nutritional elements of boron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc in fruits were measured. The differences of nutritional elements in different varieties were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for grape nutritional diagnosis The results showed that there were significant differences in nutrient elements among 10 different grape varieties; Correlation analysis showed that boron was positively correlated with iron, magnesium and zinc; There was a significant positive correlation between calcium and zinc; There was a significant positive correlation between iron and zinc; There was no significant difference among other nutrients; The main ingredients results comprehensive ranking is:‘Manicure Finger’>‘Red Globe’>‘Kyoho’>‘Sunshine Rose’>‘Gold Finger’>‘Portugal's Dream’> ‘Jade Seedless’>‘Summer Black’>‘Apis florea’>‘Purple sweet Seedless’. This study lays a theoretical foundation for the practical production of grape.
