Abstract: In order to compare the differences of fruit quality among five raspberry varieties crop in saline-alkali soils, the appearance quality(single fruit weight, fruit shape index, chromaticity and peduncle length)and inter-quality(soluble sugar, titratable acid, sugar-acid ratio and edible rate)of ‘Sa Ni’(SN), ‘Nuo Wa’(NW), ‘Heritage’, ‘Xiang Fei’(XF)and ‘Hong Bao’(HR)varieties were researched, and then analyzed by membership function. The results showed that the single fruit weight and sugar-acid ratio were highest in ‘HB’, the chromaticity, peduncle length, soluble sugar and titratable acid were highest in ‘NW’. The fruit shape index was highest in ‘SN’. The edible rate was highest in ‘XF’. In conclusion, the fruit quality was high in ‘NW’, middle in ‘HB’, and then ‘XF’ and ‘Heritage’, low in ‘SN’. The correlation analysis showed that: The single fruit weight, peduncle length and titratable acid were positively correlated with edible rate. The fruit shape index, chromaticity and soluble sugar were positively correlated with sugar-acid.
