Abstract: In order to study the effects of different concentrations of Fe, Ca, and Zn fertilizers on the yield and fruit quality of ‘Muscat Hamburg’ grape, treatment 1(leaves sprayed with 0.1% Fe, Ca, Zn), treatment 2(leaves sprayed with 0.2% Fe, 0.4 % Ca, 0.3% Zn)and treatment 3(leaves sprayed with 0.3% Fe, 0.8% Ca, 0.5% Zn)were used to determine the yield and fruit quality, etc. 11 indicators, with spraying the same amount of water as CK. The results showed that all treatments could increase yield, and treatment 2 had the highest increase rate, which was 62.48%. Treatment 1 had the largest increase rate of single ear weight, single fruit weight, and soluble protein, which were 39.31%, 29.36%, and 88.00%, respectively. Treatment 2 has the largest increased soluble solids, titratable acid, and soluble sugar, which are 9.03%, 15.15%, and 23.36% respectively. Treatment 3 increased the rate of spike shape, fruit shape index, Vc, and fruit hardness the most, which were 43.84%, 6.25%, 131.42% and 57.36%, respectively. The membership function of comprehensive yield and fruit quality showed that treatment 2 was the best, treatment 1 was the better, and then treatment 3 and CK were followed.
