Abstract: In order to compare the differences of fruit quality among different grape varieties in saline-alkali soil, the single fruit weight, fruit shape index, fruit hardness, soluble sugar, titratable acid, soluble solids, water content and Vc content were measured with three varieties, Sunshine Rose, Blue Sky Seedless and Red finger No.2, respectively. The comprehensive analysis of fruit quality was carried out through the calculation of membership function. The results showed that No.2 had the highest fruit weight, fruit shape index and hardness, and the contents of Vc, titratable acid, soluble sugar, soluble solids and water content of sunshine rose were superior to those of the other two varieties. The result of comprehensive analysis is: Red finger No.2>Sunshine Rose>Blue Sky Seedless.
