Abstract: In order to compare the cold tolerance of different jujube varieties, the soluble sugar, soluble protein, water malondialdehyde in the annual branches of different varieties were determined with the first generation and the second generation of Dong Zao, Ma Ya, Ma Nai in Tianjin Dagang. The results showed that the soluble sugar and water of the annual shoots in Ma Nai jujube were the highest, and the soluble protein of Ma Ya was the highest. The malondialdehyde of the second generation of Dong Zao were the highest, followed by the first generation. The comprehensive analysis showed that the cold resistance was in the following order: Ma Nai>Ma Ya>Yi Dai Dong Zhao>Er Dai Dong Zhao.
