胡卢巴种子的抗氧化活性

Antioxidant activity of the seed in Trigonella foenum-graecum L.

摘要: 为了解胡卢巴的抗氧化活性,以胡卢巴种子为试材,以Vc、Ve、TBHQ(叔丁基对苯二酚)和BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)为对照,测定了其提取物对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的清除作用。结果显示:胡卢巴种子提取物对DPPH自由基清除率最低,低于TBHQ、BHT和Vc、Ve;超氧阴离子自由基清除率居中,与BHT相同,高于TBHQ,低于Vc与Ve;清除羟自由基的能力最强,显著高于其他4个抗氧化剂。进一步测定胡卢巴提取物主要的抗氧化物质黄酮和总酚含量,分别为0.080 g/L和0.650 g/L。

Abstract: In order to understand the antioxidant activity of Trigonella foenum-graecum L., the scavenging effects of the extracts on DPPH free radicals, superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals of the seeds were determined with Vc、Ve、TBHQ(tert-butylhydroquinone)and BHT(2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol)used as controls. The results showed that DPPH free radical removal rate was the lowest, lower than TBHQ, BHT, Vc and Ve. Superoxide anionic radical removal rate was in the middle, the same with that of BHT, higher than TBHQ, lower than Vc and Ve. Its hydroxyl radical scavenging ability was the strongest, significantly higher than the other four antioxidants. These phenomena were closely related to the difference of flavonoids and total phenols(0.080 g/L and 0.650 g/L)in the extracts.
