冰菜多糖提取物的抗氧化性及抑菌活性研究

Study on antioxidant and antibacterial activity of polysaccharide extract in Mesembryanthemum crystallinum

摘要: 本研究以冰菜为原料,利用超声波辅助法提取冰菜多糖提取物并测定其含量,还测定了冰菜多糖提取物的抗氧化能力和抑菌活性。结果表明,冰菜提取物中多糖含量为11.21%。冰菜多糖提取物对羟基自由基、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)、亚硝酸根离子均有较好的清除效果。但冰菜多糖提取物总还原能力明显低于维生素C。在一定添加量范围内,冰菜多糖提取物对动物油和植物油的抗氧化能力随浓度成正相关。此外,冰菜多糖提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌具有抑菌活性,且对枯草杆菌的抑菌能力强于对大肠杆菌的抑菌能力。本研究结果表明冰菜多糖提取物具有一定的抗氧化能力和抑菌活性。

Abstract: In this study, the polysaccharide of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum was extracted and determined by ultrasonic assisted method, and then the antioxidant capacity and antibacterial activity of the polysaccharide extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum were determined. The results showed that the polysaccharide content was 11.21%. Effects of polysaccharide extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum on hydroxyl radical, 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenyl hydrazine(DPPH)and nitrite ions had good scavenging effects. However, the total reduction ability of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract was weaker than vitamin C. Within a certain addition range, the antioxidant ability of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract on animal oil and vegetable oil was positively correlated with the concentration. In addition, Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract had antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis was stronger than that of Escherichia coli. The results of this study showed that Mesembryanthemum crystallinum polysaccharide extract had certain antioxidant and antibacterial activity.
