柚皮中总黄酮粗提物的提取方法研究

Optimization of extraction method for total flavonoids from pomelo peel

摘要: 柚皮含有大量的黄酮类化合物,具有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗炎等药用活性。本研究对柚皮中总黄酮类活性成分的提取方法进行了筛选优化。首先,选用超声辅助提取法,以总黄酮提取率为指标、乙醇作为提取溶剂,分别对乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间进行了单因素影响试验。然后,采用正交设计确定了最优提取条件,即:乙醇体积分数为30%、料液比(g∶mL)为1∶25,超声时间为90 min。在该提取条件下,柚皮中总黄酮提取率可达6.5%(m/m)。

Abstract: Pomelo peel contains lots of flavonoids, these pomelo peel flavonoids exhibit immune enhancement, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory activities. Thus, the extraction methods of total flavonoids in pomelo peel were optimized in this study. Firstly, extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the evaluation index, and ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was determined through single factor screening. Then, the optimum formulation of flavonoids extraction was determined by orthogonal design. In the optimum extraction method, the ethanol concentration was 30%(v/v), the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g∶mL), and the ultrasonic time was 90 min. Under optimal method, extraction rate of total flavonoids could reach 6.5%(m/m)。
