On reform and practice of ideological and political education in the course of Introduction to Human Resource Management

Abstract: The course of Introduction to Human Resource Management should convey correct world outlook, life outlook and life values through “ideological and political education”, and focus on discussing the teaching reform of ideological and political education from four interlocking perspectives: detailed decomposition of ideological and political elements of curriculum, organic integration into teaching content, optimization of teaching means and improvement of curriculum assessment design. The implementation of ideological and political education should take implicit infiltration as the main way, and establish the content of ideological and political education from four aspects: political orientation, core values, professional ethics and learning ethics. It should integrate professional knowledge into ideological and political elements from three dimensions of “managing others” “realizing self-value” and “cultural confidence”, comprehensively apply case teaching, experiential teaching, new technology and other teaching means, and organically integrate routine evaluation and institutional evaluation, so as to promote the compatibility of professional knowledge education and ideological and political education, and help training talents with both ability and morality.
