Exploration on curriculum teaching reform for Introduction to Food Safety(Bilingual)curriculum under the background of engineering education certification

Abstract: Introduction to Food Safety(Bilingual)is a specialized confined course for the major of food quality and safety. Under the background of national promotion of engineering education certification and improvement of engineering education quality, a new education and teaching system was explored based on “student-centered, results-oriented and continuous improvement” education concept via optimizing the teaching goals, teaching resources, teaching activities and evaluation system. It has achieved good teaching results and unanimous approval from teachers and students, providing reference for curriculum teaching reform to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the new situation.
