Teaching reform exploration for Food Analysis and Inspection under the background of new engineering disciplines

Abstract: The cultivation of food inspection talents is one of the most important assignments of food professional education. Under the background of nationwide deepening engineering education and promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines, a new course system of Food Analysis and Inspection was explored via optimizing the teaching content, teaching method and assessment method to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents with better professional skills, practical capacity, innovation capacity and humane quality. This research will provide strong support for regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment.
