Abstract: The effects of different concentrations of ZT and IBA on the multiplication of 5 blueberry varieties(Bluecrop, Earliblue, Chippewa, Misty and Sharpblue)seedlings in vitro were studied by using the stem segments in vitro of 5 blueberry varieties as materials. The results showed that the different varieties of blueberry had different appropriate ZT and IBA concentrations for seedling multiplication in vitro when they were cultured in WPM medium. Adding ZT 1.0 mg/L had the best effect on the multiplication of Bluecrop, with a multiplication coefficient of 3.41 and plant height of 3.0 cm. Adding ZT 1.5 mg/L had the best effect on multiplication of Earliblue, with a multiplication coefficient of 3.6 and plant height of 4.1cm. Adding ZT 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L had the best effect on multiplication of Misty, with a multiplication coefficient of 2.71 and plant height of 4.8 cm. Adding ZT 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L had the best effect on the multiplication of Chippewa and Sharpblue, with multiplication coefficients of 4.3 and 6.7, respectively, and plant height of 4.9 cm and 3.5 cm, respectively. Through comprehensive analysis, the optimal medium was WPM+ZT 1.0 mg/L for Bluecrop stem multiplication in vitro, WPM+ZT 1.5 mg/L for Earliblue, WPM+ZT 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L for Misty and WPM+ZT 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L for Chippewa and Sharpblue.
