Reform and Innovation of Food Science and Engineering Specialty in Practical Teaching

Abstract: According to the special situation of food science and engineering and the needs of teaching reform and the cultivation of innovative talents, a series of innovations were taken by strengthening practical teaching status, optimizing the practical teaching curriculum, giving full play to the role of school practice teaching base, promoting students' extracurricular technological innovation activities actively and improving the professional quality of experimental teachers and technical personnel, and so on. As a result, it is explored a new way of practical teaching reform and achieved some initial success in practical teaching progress.
