枣树根部内生细菌的分离及对3种枣病原真菌拮抗活性研究

Isolation and characterization of endophytic bacteria from jujube roots and their antimicrobial activities to three kinds of jujube pathogenic fungi

摘要: 枣树是我国重要的经济果树,在天津地区广泛种植。内生细菌是植物病害防治中的一种新的生物资源,具有广阔的理论研究意义及开发远景。本研究从新鲜枣树根部组织中消毒后分离得到18株内生细菌,分别编号为Z1~Z18,经过革兰氏染色及16S rRNA序列测定,共鉴定出分别为金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus Cohn)、志贺氏菌属(Shigella Castellani)、埃希氏菌属(Escherichia coli)、寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas)6个属的内生细菌。通过平板对峙试验筛选出一株对枣黑点、枣链格、枣轮纹病原菌有拮抗作用的菌株Z18,经鉴定初步认定该菌为芽孢杆菌,革兰氏染色呈阳性。该研究结果可为利用枣内生细菌进行生物防治提供材料。

Abstract: Jujube is an important economic fruit tree widely planted in Tianjin. Endophytic bacteria is a new biological resource in plant disease control, which has broad theoretical research significance and development prospect. In this study, 18 strains of endogenous bacteria, named as z1-z18 were isolated from fresh jujube root tissues after disinfection, and were stained with gram and sequenced with 16S rRNA. A total of 6 genera including Chryseobacterium, Pseudomonas, Bacillus Cohn, Shigella Castellani, Escherichia coli and Stenotrophomonas were identified. A strain Z18, which had antagonistic effects on the pathogens of jujube black spots, jujube chains and jujube wheelies, was screened out by the plate confrontation test. After identification, it was preliminarily identified as bacillus SPP., and the gram stain was positive. The results can provide materials for biological control of endophytic bacteria in jujube.
