一株禽源粪肠球菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of an avian-derived Enterococcus faecalis strain

摘要: 为了阐明一株自鸡颈部感染分离菌的种属名称以及生物学特性,本研究采用分离纯化、涂片染色镜检、生化试验、药敏试验以及16S rRNA基因序列分析等对该菌进行研究。结果表明:该分离菌的形态学特性、生化特性以及16S rRNA基因序列比对结果与粪肠球菌的特征一致,故确定该分离菌种为粪肠球菌。该菌对四环素、克林霉素、复方新诺明、多黏菌素B、万古霉素耐药,对环丙沙星和诺氟沙星呈中等敏感,对苯唑西林、红霉素、氯霉素、米诺环素等药物敏感,以上研究结果可为临床上防治粪肠球菌感染提供参考依据。

Abstract: In order to elucidate the species name and biological characteristics of an isolate from a chicken neck infection, isolation and purification, smear staining microscopy, biochemical test, drug sensitivity test and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis were carried out. The results showed that the morphological characteristics, biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence of this isolate were consistent with those of Enterococcus faecalis, so the isolate was identified as Enterococcus faecalis. This Enterococcus faecalis was resistant to tetracycline, clindamycin, cotrimoxazole, polymyxin B and vancomycin, moderately sensitive to ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin, and sensitive to benzocillin, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, minocycline etc. The above findings may provide a clinical reference for the prevention and control of Enterococcus faecalis infections.
