塑料瓶瓶盖分离机设计

Design of plastic bottle cap separator

摘要: 废弃塑料瓶回收及再加工是环境保护工程中的一个重要技术问题。瓶盖、瓶身材质不同,如不进行分离将相互污染。因此,塑料瓶瓶盖瓶标分离成为塑料瓶加工回收不可缺少的环节。设计一款塑料瓶瓶盖分离机,瓶身夹持系统无需转位,喂料、夹紧、旋拧、切割、回收在同一位置依次完成;夹持机构自动定心,适用于不同尺寸瓶身的加持,且能增加瓶盖旋拧成功率与切割位置精准度;托盘扇面设计,协助完成瓶身轴向支承、切割与回收。

Abstract: Recycling and reprocessing of waste plastic bottles is an important technical problem in environmental protection engineering. The cap and body are made of different materials. If they were not separated, they would pollute each other. Therefore, the separation of plastic bottle cap and label becomes an indispensable part of plastic bottle processing and recycling.A plastic bottle cap separator was designed, in which the bottle body clamping system did not need to be rotated, and feeding, clamping, screwing, cutting and recycling were completed in the same position in turn; the clamping mechanism was automatically centered, which was suitable for different sizes of bottle body, and could increase the success rate of screwing and the accuracy of cutting position; the tray was designed in the shape of a fan to complete the axial support, cutting and recycling of bottle body.
