摘要: 塑料瓶瓶盖分离是塑制品加工回收不可缺少的环节,瓶盖分离机即用于将瓶盖从瓶身上分离开来。该文对瓶盖分离机种类及功能进行了分析,对旋拧式瓶盖分离机进行了方案设计,并对瓶身夹紧及瓶盖旋离部分进行了详细设计。设计中,喂料不需确定塑料瓶姿态,将塑料瓶随意投进喂料斗即可。

Abstract: The separation of plastic bottle caps is an indispensable part in the processing and recycling of plastic products, and a bottle cap separator is used to separate the bottle cap from the bottle. In this paper, the types and functions of bottle separator were analyzed, based on which the screwed bottle cap separator was designed, and the parts of bottle clamping and capping off were designed in detail. In the design, the feeding does not need to determine the posture of the plastic bottle, but it simply throws the plastic bottle into the feeding hopper at random.
