红掌内生拮抗菌的分离及抑制作用初步研究

Preliminary study on the isolation and inhibition of endogenous antagonism of anthurium

摘要: 以红掌为试验材料,采用平板对峙法从红掌中筛选了对病原菌有较强抑制作用的内生拮抗菌。结果表明:从红掌的根、茎、叶、花序分离出224株内生细菌、44株内生真菌、104株内生放线菌;从叶片中分离的内生菌最多,总共为139株,占62.05%。其内生细菌对病原真菌抑制作用要强于内生真菌和内生放线菌。其中Y-4、Y-6,Y-8、Y-80、G-43、J-14对8种植物病原真菌抑制效果较好。Y-6、Y-4、Y-8对4种植物病原细菌也有一定的抑制效果,抑菌率为8.7%~26.6%。从内生菌对红掌细菌性叶斑病菌的抑制作用来看,内生细菌Y-6的抑制效果最强,达49.61%。

Abstract: In this paper, the endophytic antagonisticmicrobes with strong inhibitory effect on pathogen were screened from anthurium by plate confrontation method. The results showed that 224 strains of endophytic bacteria, 44 strains of endophytic fungi and 104 strains of endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from the root, stem, leaf and inflorescence. The most endophytic bacteria were isolated from the leaves, a total of 139 strains, accounting for 62.05%. The inhibition effect of endophytic bacteria on pathogenic fungi was stronger than that of endophytic fungi and endophytic actinomycetes. Among them, Y-4, Y-6, Y-8, Y-80, G-43 and J-14 had better inhibitory effects on 8 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. Y-6, Y-4 and Y-8 also had certain inhibitory effects on 4 kinds of plant pathogenic bacteria, and the inhibition rate ranged from 8.7% to 26.6%. In terms of the inhibitory effect of endophytic bacteria on Xanthomon asaxonopodis, the inhibitory effect of endophytic bacteria Y-6 was the strongest, reaching 49.61%.
