摘要: 通过对水利行业人才能力特征的分析,提出了在《水工钢筋混凝土结构学》课程教学中进行传统教学与多媒体教学相结合的教学手段改革,讲授法、案例教学法和项目教学法相结合的教学方法改革,以及实践教学环节考核方式改革等一系列教学改革措施。通过教学改革实践,在提高学生的综合分析问题能力、计算能力、绘图能力和动手能力等方面取得了良好效果。

Abstract: Through the analyses on ability characteristics for hydraulic industry talents, it is put forward a series of teaching reform measures in the curriculum of Hydraulic Reinforced Concrete Structure, such as the teaching means reform of combining the traditional teaching with the multimedia teaching, the method reform of combining the lecturing method or the case teaching method with the project teaching method, and some evaluation method reform in practice teaching. By the teaching reform practice, the good effects have been obtained in improving the comprehensive analysis ability, the calculation ability, the drawing ability and the practical ability of the students.
