超高压法提取葛根多糖的工艺研究

Study on the technology of extracting polysaccharides from Radix Puerariae by Ultra-high pressure method

摘要: 本文以葛根块为原料,采用超高压技术提取葛根中的多糖,以多糖提取率为评价指标,考察超高压压力水平、保压时间、料液比、浸泡时间对葛根多糖提取率的影响,通过单因素和正交试验对葛根多糖的超高压提取工艺方法进行优化,确定最佳的提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶50(g/mL)、超高压压强300 MPa、保压时间3 min、浸泡时间90 min。在此条件下,超高压法提取葛根多糖的提取率为23.81 mg/g。

Abstract: In this paper, Ultra-high pressure technology(UHP)was used to extract polysaccharide from Radix Puerariae with the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the evaluation index. UHP pressure level, UHP time, solid-liquid ratio and soaking time were analyzed. Through single factor and orthogonal test, the optimal extraction conditions were obtained: liquid ratio 1∶50(g/mL), UHP pressure 300 MPa, UHP time 3 min, soaking time 90 min. Under these conditions, ultra high pressure extraction rate of extraction of polysaccharide was 23.81 mg/g.
