葛根总黄酮提取工艺比较研究

Research and Comparison of Extraction Process of Pueraria Flavonoids

摘要: 本研究采用乙醇浸提法和超声波辅助乙醇提取法对葛根黄酮进行提取,以期筛选出较佳的提取方法。通过试验对比,确定乙醇浸提法的工艺条件为乙醇浓度40%,固液比1:20(g/mL),提取温度50 ℃,提取时间30 min。超声波辅助提取法的工艺条件为超声功率200 W,乙醇浓度40%,固液比1:20(g/mL),提取温度50 ℃,超声时间20 min。在条件相近的前提下,超声波辅助提取法的葛根黄酮提取率为8.03%,比乙醇浸提法提取率提高了54%。可见,超声波辅助提取法提取效果较好,具有节时、简便、提取率高等优点。

Abstract: Two kinds of process method of ethanol extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction were be used to extract Pueraria flavonoids in this study,in order to select the better extraction method. Through experiment contrast,the process conditions of ethanol extraction are as follows: ethanol concentration is 40%,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:20,extraction temperature is 50 ℃,extracting time is 30 min. The process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction are as follows: ultrasonic power is 200 W,ethanol concentration is 40%,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:20,extraction temperature is 50 ℃,extracting time is 20 min. On the premise of similar condition,extraction efficiency of Pueraria flavones was 8.03% in ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and increased by 54%.than that of the ethanol extraction. In conclusion,ultrasonic processing has the best effect and have advantages of saving time,convenient and high extraction rate.
