PEG模拟干旱胁迫对4种海棠幼苗生理特性的影响

Effects of PEG Simulated Drought Stress on Physiological Characters of Four Crabapple Seedlings

摘要: 对八棱海棠、西府海棠、珠美海棠、红果海棠幼苗进行PEG模拟干旱胁迫,以了解其耐旱性差异。结果表明:轻度干旱(5%浓度的PEG)胁迫下,4种海棠表现基本正常,中、重度干旱(15%、25%浓度的PEG)胁迫下,八棱海棠受害程度最轻,红果海棠最重;随干旱胁迫程度增加,参试植物呈现出根系活力下降、MDA含量和色素含量上升、可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升后降、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先降后升的趋势;八棱海棠的隶属函数平均值最大,红果海棠的最小。综合分析认为,4种海棠幼苗的耐旱性强弱依次为八棱海棠、珠美海棠、西府海棠、红果海棠。

Abstract: Crabapples including Malus robusta,M. micromalus,M. zumi and M. sieboldii treated with PEG simulated water stress were studied to understand their differences in drought tolerance. The results showed that under mild drought(5% concentration of PEG)stress,the four crabapples grew normally but in the severe drought(15%,25% concentration of PEG)stress,the lightest injuring emerged in M. robusta and the heaviest one in M. sieboldii. With the increasing of drought stress degree,the root activity of tested plants dropped while the MDA and pigment contents had a trend to rise. Soluble sugar content and peroxidase(POD)activity increased at first and lowered later but superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity showed a reverse trend of rise after falling at the beginning. Maximum average values of subordinate function were found in M. robusta and minimum one in M. sieboldii. According to comprehensive analysis drought resistance of the four crabapple species could be ranked as M. robusta>M. zumi>M. micromalus>M. sieboldii.
