盐胁迫下外源赤霉素对糯玉米幼苗生理特性的影响

Effects of exogenous gibberellin on physiological characteristics in waxy maize seedlings under salt stress

摘要: 土壤盐渍化是影响农业生产的主要胁迫因素之一,糯玉米的营养价值高,在都市农业中占有重要的地位。因此,研究糯玉米的耐盐特性,对糯玉米种植以及合理利用盐渍化土壤具有重要意义。本研究以糯玉米品种‘润糯73’为试验材料,研究不同土壤含盐量下外源赤霉素对糯玉米幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:在土壤含盐量为0.22%和0.36%时,赤霉素处理的糯玉米幼苗中可溶性蛋白含量比对照组显著增加;在含盐量为0.36%~0.50%时,赤霉素处理的糯玉米幼苗中的可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性均比对照组显著增加;在含盐量为0.22%、0.36%和0.50%时,赤霉素处理的糯玉米幼苗中丙二醛含量比对照组显著降低。因此,在一定含盐量下,赤霉素能通过增加渗透物质含量、增强抗氧化酶活性和降低丙二醛含量来缓解盐胁迫对糯玉米幼苗的伤害。

Abstract: Soil salinization is one of the main stress factors affecting agricultural production. Waxy corn has high nutritional value and plays an important role in urban agriculture. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the salt-tolerant characteristics of waxy corn for the cultivation of waxy corn in salinized soil and the rational utilization of salinized soil. The effects of exogenous gibberellin on physiological characteristics of waxy corn seedlings under different soil salinity were researched with waxy corn variety ‘runnuo 73’ as materials. The results showed that the content of soluble protein in waxy corn seedlings treated with gibberellin were significantly increased compared with the control group under 0.22% and 0.36% soil salt content. The content of soluble sugar and proline, the superoxide dismutase activity and catalase activity in waxy corn seedlings treated with gibberellin were significantly increased compared with the control group in the salt content range of 0.36% to 0.50%. The content of malondialdehyde in waxy corn seedlings treated with gibberellin was significantly reduced compared with the control group under 0.22%, 0.36% and 0.50% salt content. Therefore, under certain salt content, gibberellin treatment could alleviate the damage of salt stress to waxy corn seedlings by increasing osmotic substance content, enhancing antioxidase activity and decreasing malondialdehyde content.
