Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry and the high-quality development of economy and society have put forward new requirements for higher agricultural education. Based on the new situation of innovation and development of the modern urban agricultural in Tianjin and the existing problems in the traditional agricultural professional talent training, a new agricultural and applied talents training goal has been put forward, that is, loving the rural areas, caring about rural people, having a good knowledge of technology and managing well. Around the basic task of the moral education, the working thoughts and the specific measurements for the comprehensive reform of education and teaching have been designed systematically. The guarantee mechanism of collaborative focus on undergraduate teaching has been established and extensively practiced with remarkable results having been achieved in education and teaching.
