Abstract: The stem sections of stoneless Chinese Jujube plantlet in vitro were inoculated and cultured in soil supporting medium to research the effect of soil supporting medium on rooting of stoneless Chinese jujube micro-shoot. The result show that in the medium containing MS medium composition without macro-element, 15 g/L of cane sugar and 0.4 mg/L of IBA the stem section formed normal plantlet whose stem length and root length were significantly lower than that of the plantlet formed in agar supporting medium but rooting rate was 95.8% which was obvious higher than that of the plantlet formed in agar supporting medium. Adding macro-element in soil supporting medium had inhibitory action but adding cane sugar had promoting action for rooting and growth of stoneless Chinese Jujube plantlet in vitro. These results can reduce the cost of stoneless Chinese Jujube plantlet in vitro and provide a basis for simplify the transplanting procedure of the plantlet.
