Abstract: Flipped classroom is a new teaching concept and method, emphasizing “student-centered”, flipping the traditional teaching process, putting students’ learning process of new knowledge before class, and using class time for discussion, sharing and questioning. The implementation of flipped classroom is conducive to enhancing students’ participation in learning and enhancing their autonomous learning ability. Flipped classroom changes the relationship between teachers and students, and students become the leading role and creator of knowledge. Based on the explanation for the theory of flipped classroom, the paper analyzed the application of flipped classroom in the teaching of logistics management. The process of teaching was designed into four stages including the design of teaching objectives and contents, self-learning before class, in class teaching, consolidation and improvement after class; and countermeasures to improve the teaching effect of flipped classroom were put forward, including considering the differences of students, changing the teaching philosophy of teachers, and improving the information service system of education.
