Analysis on the construction and problems of rapid testing laboratory in colleges and universities

Abstract

Abstract: Rapid detection is an important measure to ensure food safety for teachers and students in colleges and universities. The construction of rapid testing laboratory is of great significance for food safety and school stability in colleges and universities. This article analysed the background of rapid detection, the significance of detection results, detection items and future development direction. The purpose is to provide direction and ideas for the construction and development of rapid testing laboratories in colleges and universities.
