摘要: “食品安全导论(双语)”课程属于食品质量与安全专业一门重要的专业限选课程。本文立足于工程教育专业认证的大背景,以“学生为中心、成果为导向、持续改进”的教育理念为指导,从修订课程教学目标,丰富教学资源,设计教学活动及完善课程评价体系等四个方面进行教育教学改革与实践,取得了良好的教学效果并得到师生的一致认可,为新形势下课程教学改革实践,提高人才培养质量提供参考。

Abstract: Introduction to Food Safety(Bilingual)is a specialized confined course for the major of food quality and safety. Under the background of national promotion of engineering education certification and improvement of engineering education quality, a new education and teaching system was explored based on “student-centered, results-oriented and continuous improvement” education concept via optimizing the teaching goals, teaching resources, teaching activities and evaluation system. It has achieved good teaching results and unanimous approval from teachers and students, providing reference for curriculum teaching reform to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the new situation.
