小头鲔幼鱼不同消化器官中消化酶活性分析

Analysis of digestive enzyme activities in different digestive organs of Euthynnus affinis

摘要: 本试验为了探究人工养殖条件下小头鲔(Euthynnus affinis)幼鱼不同消化器官中的消化酶活性,做了脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性的测试。脂肪酶最适温度在30~50 ℃之间,淀粉酶的最适温度在30~45 ℃之间,胃蛋白酶的最适温度为30~50 ℃之间,胰蛋白酶最适感应温度在30~60 ℃之间。结果显示,从小头鲔幼鱼的胃、肝脏、前肠、中肠、后肠中均可检测出脂肪酶活性和蛋白酶活性,在胃、肝脏、胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠中可检测出淀粉酶活性。结果表明,在肝脏中,脂肪酶活性很高、淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性较高;在胰脏中淀粉酶活性和蛋白酶活性显著高于其他消化器官的酶活性。在消化酶最适温度中可以检测出不同的消化酶在不同的消化部位,其活性不完全相同。肝脏在脂肪酶中起到主要消化作用,淀粉酶主要由胰脏分泌,蛋白酶代谢的主要器官也是胰脏。本研究结果将为后续小头鲔人工养殖提供参考数据。

Abstract: In order to explore the digestive enzyme activities in different digestive organs of Euthynnus affinis Juvenile fish under artificial breeding conditions, the activities of lipase, amylase and protease were tested. The optimum temperature for lipase, amylase, pepsin and trypsin are 30~50 ℃, 30~45 ℃, 30~60 ℃ and 30~50 ℃, respectively. The results showed that lipase activity and protease activity could be detected in the stomach, liver, foregut, midgut and hindgut, and amylase activity could be detected in the stomach, liver, pancreas, foregut, midgut and hindgut. The results showed that lipase activity, amylase activity and protease activity were high in liver; Amylase activity and protease activity in pancreas were significantly higher than those in other digestive organs. In the optimum temperature of digestive enzymes, different digestive enzymes could be detected, and their activities were not exactly the same in different digestive parts. The liver plays a major role in the digestion of lipase, amylase is secreted mainly by the pancreas, and the pancreas is also the main organ for protease metabolism. The results of this study will provide reference data for the follow-up artificial culture of Euthynnus affinis.
