叶黄素和叶黄素酯对黄金锦鲤生长和体色的影响

Effects of lutein and lutein ester on growth and body color of golden Koi, Yamabaki ogon

摘要: 为研究叶黄素和叶黄素酯对黄金锦鲤的着色效果,在基础饲料中分别添加200 mg/kg的叶黄素和叶黄素酯,将270尾平均体重26.03±0.07 g的黄金锦鲤分成3个处理组,每组3个重复,每个水箱30尾鱼,养殖试验持续42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加叶黄素和叶黄素酯后对生长没有显著影响(P>0.05),但添加叶黄素酯可使鱼体更加修长,显著提高了锦鲤体长/体高比值 (P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加叶黄素减少了鱼体内水分,增加了脂肪含量(P<0.05);3个处理组之间鱼体蛋白含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加叶黄素和叶黄素酯对锦鲤的红度(a*)和亮度(L*)没有显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提高了鱼体的黄度(b*),添加叶黄素和叶黄素酯14 d后,鱼体的黄度值即可达到与42 d相似的效果。与叶黄素相比,叶黄素酯对黄金锦鲤着色效果更快、更显著。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of lutein and lutein ester on the growth and body color of Koi, Yamabaki ogon. 200 mg/kg lutein and lutein ester were supplemented to the basal diet, and 270 golden Koi with an average weight of 26.03±0.07 g were divided into three groups. Each group had three replicates. There were 30 fish in each tank. The culture experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that the addition of lutein and lutein ester had no significant effect on the growth of fish compared with the control group(P>0.05), but the addition of lutein ester significantly improved the body indexes(body length/body height)of Koi(P<0.05). After adding lutein, the body moisture content of fish decreased significantly, but the lipid content was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in protein content among the treatment groups. The addition of lutein and lutein ester had no significant effect on the redness(a *)and brightness (L *)of Koi(P>0.05), but significantly improved the yellowness(b *), the yellowness of each group increased gradually with the extension of the experiment period(P<0.05). Generally, after adding lutein and lutein ester for 14 d, the yellowness value of fish could reach a similar effect as that of 42 d. Compared to the lutein, lutein ester had a faster and more significant coloring effect on golden koi.
