复合乳酸菌制剂对预防断奶仔猪细菌性腹泻及生长性能的影响

Effect of compound lactic acid bacteria on prevention of bacterial diarrhea and growth performance of weaned piglets

摘要: 本研究旨在评估植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum,LP)与罗伊氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus reuteri,LR)复合乳酸菌制剂作为饲料添加剂对预防断奶仔猪细菌性腹泻的效果及对生长性能的影响。将12头28日龄、体重(6.77±1.30)kg的断奶三元仔猪,分为两组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。0~28 d对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,0~14 d在试验组仔猪基础日粮中添加复合乳酸菌制剂1× 109 CFU/kg,15~28 d添加复合乳酸菌制剂5×108 CFU/kg。试验期28 d。每周记录体重,每天记录采食量并通过粪便评分评估腹泻发生率,计算腹泻指数。在14 d和28 d采集粪样进行乳酸菌(lactic acid bacteria,LAB)和大肠型细菌(coliform bacteria)计数。结果表明:与对照组相比添加复合益生菌制剂的断奶仔猪平均日增重、采食量和饲料转化率有改善的趋势,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但其肠道LAB数量显著增加(P<0.05),大肠型细菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。饲喂添加复合乳酸菌制剂的饲料后,断奶仔猪肠道LAB与大肠型细菌数量比率显著增加(P<0.05),粪便指数、腹泻率和腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05),且在15~28 d基础日粮中添加LP和LR各5×108 CFU/kg时,维持了0~14 d预防断奶仔猪腹泻的效果。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of compound lactic acid bacteria, LP(Lactobacillus plantarum)combined with LR(Lactobacillus reuteri)as feed additive on the prevention of bacterial diarrhea and growth performance of weaned piglets. Twelve 28-day-old weaned piglets with an average body weight of(6.77±1.30)kg were divided into two groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 pig per replicate. The piglets in the control group were fed with basic diet from 0 to 28 days; 1×109 CFU/kg compound lactic acid bacteria preparation were added to the basic diet of piglets in the experimental group for 0~14 days and 5×108 CFU/kg compound lactic acid bacteria preparation for 15~28 days. The experiment lasted for 28 days. Body weight was measured weekly and feed intake was checked every day. The incidence of diarrhea was assessed daily by stool score and diarrhea index was calculated. Fecal samples were collected at 14th and 28th days for the counting of lactic acid bacteria and coliform bacteria. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, the ADG, ADFI and FCR of weaned piglets supplemented with compound lactic acid bacteria preparation had a trend of improvement(P>0.05), the number of intestinal LAB(lactic acid bacteria)was significantly increased(P<0.05)and intestinal coliform bacteria was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The ratio of intestinal LAB to coliform bacteria was significantly increased(P<0.05). In addition, fecal consistency score, diarrhea incidence and diarrhea index were significantly decreased(P<0.05)after weaned piglets were fed diets supplemented with compound lactic acid bacteria preparation. The fecal consistency score, diarrhea incidence and diarrhea index of weaned piglets decreased significantly when LP and LR were added 5×108 CFU/kg respectively in the basic diet.
