日粮添加黑水虻虫粉对11~47日龄马岗鹅生长性能的影响

Effects of dietary supplementation of black soldier fly on growth performance of Magang geese aged from 11 to 47 days

摘要: 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同比例黑水虻幼虫粉对马岗仔鹅生长性能、器官指数、体尺性状和屠宰性能的影响。选用体重相近的11日龄健康马岗鹅36只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只鹅。Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组为试验组,在鹅正常日粮中分别添加2%、4%和6%的黑水虻虫粉。饲养试验期为5周。结果表明:(1)试验组马岗鹅的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料肉比与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)47日龄时,试验Ⅳ组鹅的胫围显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组鹅的胸深显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其他体尺指标均无显著性差异。(3)与对照组相比,试验组马岗鹅47日龄的全净膛重、胸肌重和腿肌重无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(4)试验组马岗鹅47日龄的脏器指数与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(5)47日龄时,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组鹅血清中的胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)含量显著高于对照组 (P<0.05)。结果说明日粮中添加黑水虻虫粉不影响马岗鹅的生长性能,但是可以提高马岗鹅的胸深和胫围,也可以提高血清中IGF-1的含量。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different proportions of black soldier fly larvae on growth performance, body size, slaughter performance and organ index of Magang goslings. Thirty-six 11-day-old healthy Magang geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 3 geese per replicate. The geese in groupⅠ was the control group and the geese in groupⅡ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2%, 4% and 6% black soldier fly larvae, respectively. The feeding experiment lasted for 5 weeks. The results showed as follows:(1)compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the average daily feed intake, average daily gain and feed to meat ratio of Magang geese in experimental groups(P>0.05).(2)At 47 days of age, the shank circumference of geese in the group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.05), the chest depth of geese in the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in other body size indexes.(3)Compared with the control group, there were no significant differences in the body weight, breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight of Magang geese in experimental group at 47 days of age(P>0.05).(4)Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the organ indexes of Magang geese at 47 days of age in experimental groups(P>0.05). (5)At 47 days of age, the Insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)content in serum of geese in experimental group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The results indicated that supplementation of black soldier fly larvae did not affect the growth performance of Magang geese, but could improve the chest depth and shin circumference of Magang geese, and could also increase the content of IGF-1in serum of Magang geese.
