Research on the current situation, problems and countermeasures of farmers’ cooperatives of Tianjin

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the investigation on 30 farmers’ cooperatives in Tianjin and the analysis of relevant data, the research has summed up the current situation of the development of farmer cooperatives of rapid number growth, wide industry distribution, multi subject, trend of various forms, and gradually improved ability. Meanwhile,it also has problems including low quality, more in name than in reality, the extensive mode of operation, and imperfect policy system. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to guide and standardize the management, clear the direction of cultivation, deepen institutional reform, strengthen the supporting force, improve the policy system, and promote the implementation of the policy.
