Abstract: The course of Modern Agriculture and Rural Revitalization has played a leading and exemplary role of rural revitalization brand course in Tianjin Agricultural University since its inception. Focusing on serving rural revitalization of agricultural universities, the course is currently insufficient in cohesion with the special contents and the curriculum module structure, as well as the goal orientation of curriculum ideological and political education. Therefore, the course’s teaching content should be modified and adjust to the teaching objective, and the modular features should be condensed, and the mode of ideological and political education should be optimized from the perspective of “curriculum framework—teaching content —ideological and political education”, so as to better reflect the rich dimension and depth dimension of education in agricultural universities, to build a brand of characteristic courses for rural revitalization services of Tianjin Agricultural University.
