Abstract: Polymorphisms were evaluated in 51 varieties using 600 KASP markers. The results showed that 373 markers could accurately determine the haplotypes of the germplasm, develop DNA fingerprints, and identify chromosome fragment substitution lines, among which two chromosomal fragment substitution lines carry the NOG1 gene and the GS5 gene, respectively. A natural population consists of 51 varieties, with the diversity 568.50. The polymorphism of 341B and HC-66(indica)is 0.82, and the polymorphism of 341B and IPM(indica)is 0.80. 373 markers can be used for breeding by design and module breeding.
