棉籽糖对小鼠生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响

Effects of Raffinose on Growth Performance, Blood Biochemical Parameters and Immune Function in Mice

摘要: 研究了棉籽糖对小鼠生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响。将60只KM小鼠随机均分为对照组、T1组和T2组,分别喂基础日粮、添加0.1%棉籽糖的基础日粮和添加0.3%棉籽糖的基础日粮,30 d后,测定小鼠生长性能、血液生化指标、血清中免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)含量、淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(SI)。结果表明:3个处理小鼠的采食量、料重比及增重均无显著差异(P>0.05);T1组和T2组小鼠血清胆固醇(CHO)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组、T1组和T2组小鼠血液中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素(URE)和肌酐(CRE)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);3个处理小鼠血清IgG、IgA和IgM含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);T2组小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,棉籽糖对小鼠的生长性能无影响,能够降低血清中胆固醇含量,且0.3%棉籽糖的效果优于0.1%棉籽糖;日粮中添加0.3%棉籽糖对脾脏淋巴细胞转化有明显促进作用。本研究表明棉籽糖在一定程度上能提高机体的免疫力。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of the raffinose on growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and immunity function in mice. Sixty KM mice, female and male in half, were randomly assigned into three groups for a 30 days study, which were fed basal diets, basal diets supplemented with 0.1% raffinose and basal diets supplemented with 0.3% raffinose, respectively. At the end of the trial, growth performance, blood biochemical indexes, blood IgA, IgG and IgM contents and mitogen-induced splenocyte proliferation were determined. The results showed that there were no significant differences in feed intake, F/G and weight gains of mice among T2 group, T1 group and control group(P>0.05); The levels of serum cholesterol(CHO)in T1 and T2 groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in contents of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), triglyceride(TG), urea(URE)and creatinine(CRE)contents of mice among C group, T1 group and T2 group(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in serum IgG, IgA and IgM levels of mice among control group, T1 group and T2 group(P>0.05), mitogen-induced splenocyte proliferation in T2 group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05). The results indicated that raffinose had no effect on growth performance in mice. Raffinose supplementation could decrease serum cholesterol content in mice, and the effects of 0.3% raffinose supplemention is better than 0.1% raffinose supplemention. The addition of 0.3% raffinose had significant effect on mitogen-induced splenocyte proliferation, indicating that raffinose could improve the immunity in mice.
