基于主成分分析油用牡丹‘凤丹'主要性状评价及选优

Evaluation and selection of main characters of oil peony ‘Feng Dan' based on principal component analysis

摘要: 为建立高产油用牡丹评价模型及选择优良高产单株,以85株油用牡丹‘凤丹'为研究材料,采用主成分分析方法,对‘凤丹'的10个主要性状进行分析。结果表明:总籽粒重与总籽粒数呈极显著正相关,与聚合蓇葖果数、有效果荚数呈显著性正相关,相关系数分别为0.87、0.51、0.51。通过主成分分析将10个主要性状降维为4个主成分,分别为籽粒因子、生长因子、败育因子、果形因子,累计贡献率达84.52%,并以4个主成分贡献率为权重,建立了油用牡丹高产评价模型。综合评价得分将85株油用牡丹分为5个等级,并选出极高产株系A66,高产株系A23、A44。

Abstract: In order to establish a high-yield evaluation model of oil peony and select the high-yield single plant, the 10 main characters of 85 oil peony ‘Feng Dan' were analyzed with the principal component analysis method. The results showed that the total kernel weight was extremely significantly positively related to the total kernel number (0.87), and significantly positively related to the number of aggregated capsules (0.51) and effective pods (0.51). The 10 ornamental characteristics indicated that the accumulative contribution rate of 4 principle components including kernel factor, growth factor, abortion factor, and fruit shape factor reached 84.52%. Based on the model of high-yield established with the contribution proportion of 4 principal components as the weight coefficient, 85 oil peony could be classified into 5 grades, and extremely high-yield A66, high-yield A23, A44 were selected.
