Abstract: To improve the utilization efficiency of rice straw resources, the effects of addition of rice husk and sawdust on the growth of Stropharia rugoso-annuata and straw degradation was studied. The results showed that the addition of sawdust promoted the growth of mycelia of Stropharia rugoso-annuata, increased the fresh weight and biological efficiency of fruiting body by 10.0%, and increased the consumption rate of raw materials by 8.8%. The addition of rice husk also promoted the growth of mycelia of Stropharia rugoso-annuata, increased the fresh weight and biological efficiency of fruiting body by 15.7%, and increased the consumption rate of raw materials by 13.1%. After planting the mushroom, the cellulose degradation rate of rice straw was 51.2%, that of sawdust and rice husk treatment increased by 9.9% and 11.5% respectively. The content of organic carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in straw decreased, but the content of potassium increased. The addition of rice husk had no significant effect on the content of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in straw. The addition of sawdust significantly reduced the content of phosphorus and potassium in straw. In conclusion, the addition of sawdust and rice husk can promote the growth of Stropharia rugoso-annuata and improve the degradation of rice straw.
