Abstract: With reed stalks as the carbon source of the medium and the yield of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium as an indicator, the optimal medium formula and culture conditions were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the medium formula was 0.5% of reed straw, 1.5% of yeast extract, 0.15% of KH2PO4, 0.075% of MgSO4, pH of 6, and the culture condition was 150 r/min at a temperature of 25 ℃. Under the condition, the yield of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium was the highest. The dry weight of mycelium was 12.20 g/L, which was 1.51 times higher than before optimization.
