Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different ratios of feeds on the activities of gastrointestinal digestive enzymes of Clarias Lazera. The protein percentage of artificial feeds of 28%, 33% and 38% was mixed with the fresh mixed feed (chicken intestine) to A, B and C group of three kinds of feed with the ratio of 1:6, 1:5 and 1:4, respectively, and the group D is the chicken intestine feed. One year old Clarias Lazera (initial average weight(32.70±1.39)g) were fed for 51 days in laboratory, and then the activities of the gastrointestinal protease, lipase and amylase were mesured. The results show that the activities of the gastrointestinal protease of Clarias Lazera which were fed with mixed artificial diets increased with the protein level increase in feed, and the activities in the group C and D were higher than those of the group A and B significantly. The amylase activities of all groups in Clarias Lazera were low, but the activities of A, B and C groups in stomach and foregut were higher than those of the D group. The lipase activities of each group had no obvious regularity.
